How quickly will you respond to my inquiry? +
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday). If you contact us over the weekend, expect a response by Monday afternoon. For urgent enrollment needs, please call us directly for immediate assistance.
Can I visit the centre before enrolling? +
Absolutely—we encourage it! We offer personal tours by appointment every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This gives you a chance to see our children engaged in daily activities and meet our educators. Schedule your tour here.
What information should I prepare before contacting you? +
To help us serve you best, it helps to know your child's date of birth (for program placement), your preferred start date, and any specific schedule requirements (full-day vs. half-day). However, don't worry if you're unsure— we're happy to walk you through all options during our initial conversation.
Is there a waitlist for enrollment? +
Availability varies by program and time of year. Our Infant program typically has the longest waitlist (3–6 months), while Toddler and Preschool spaces may be available sooner. We maintain a prioritized waitlist based on sibling status, start date flexibility, and registration date. Contact us to check current availability for your child's age group.
Do you offer support for children with special needs? +
Yes. We believe in inclusive education and work closely with families to understand each child's unique needs. We collaborate with early intervention therapists and can accommodate various learning requirements. Please contact our Centre Principal directly to discuss how we can support your child's specific situation.
